Terms of Service

LinkTraceIQ provides a link management platform that includes smart URL shortening, dynamic QR code generation with custom designs, real-time click and scan analytics, geo-location tracking, and link expiry controls. These services are provided on a subscription basis under the terms outlined below.

By creating an account or using any part of the service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.

You must be at least 18 years of age or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction to create an account. By using LinkTraceIQ, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

• Individual users must be of legal age.
• Corporate users must have the authority to bind their organisation.

When you create an account, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are solely responsible for the activity that occurs on your account and for keeping your password secure.

Our platform must not be used for any illegal or unauthorised purpose. Specifically, you agree not to use our URL shortening or QR code services to:

• Spam & Phishing

  Distribute unwanted bulk email or malicious redirection links.

• Malware

  Link to viruses, spyware, or other harmful code.

• Illegal Content

  Promote illegal substances, violence, or explicit material.

• Impersonation

  Create deceptive links that mimic established brands.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis as selected during sign-up. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise LinkTraceIQ to charge your selected payment method on each billing date.

The Pro plan includes a 14-day free trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, the paid subscription begins automatically. You can cancel at any time from your account settings — your access continues until the end of the current billing period with no further charges.

Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades apply at the end of the current billing cycle. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis in accordance with our 30-day money-back guarantee.

Each plan has defined limits for smart links and QR codes as displayed on the pricing page. The Free plan includes 2 smart links and 2 QR codes. Pro includes 5 each, and Enterprise provides unlimited capacity.

Limits refer to the number of active items you can have at any given time. Deleting unused links or codes frees up capacity. If you reach your limit, existing items continue working and collecting analytics, but you cannot create new ones until you upgrade or free up space.

All plans include real-time analytics, geo-location tracking, and support. We reserve the right to impose fair-use restrictions in the event of excessive API usage or abuse.

We aim to maintain 99.9% platform uptime, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Scheduled maintenance, emergency fixes, and events outside our control may result in temporary downtime.

We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from service interruptions, data loss, or inability to access the platform. We recommend maintaining backups of critical data independently.

You may cancel your account at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation, your access to paid features ends at the close of the current billing period, and your account reverts to Free plan limits.

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these terms, engage in prohibited activities, or if required by law. We will notify you when possible and provide an explanation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LinkTraceIQ and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of data, lost profits, or business interruption.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or your use of the service is limited to the amount you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated terms on this page and update the "Last updated" date at the top. If the changes are material, we will notify you by email or through the platform.

Your continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you should stop using the platform and cancel your subscription.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.
